Delivery & Shipping

We currently only ship to Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Poland & Netherlands. Please reach out if you would like us to ship to your country by emailing clientservices@jack1t.uk.


We aim to deliver all orders in line with the estimated delivery times. Please ensure your selected delivery address is correct as we are unable to amend this once your order has been placed.

We are also unable to deliver to freight forwarded or PO Box addresses.

EU 

The cost of shipping to all countries is €5.

Delivery

An order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please use the tracking provided to follow your order. With our couriers you can also schedule delivery days and times. Customers are responsible for any missed deliveries.

If you suspect that your order may be missing/stolen or misplaced please contact clientservices@jack1t.uk ASAP. We ask that this be done within 7 days of your order confirmation, this allows for a 14 day window to claim on insurances.
